What do I have to consider when renting?
Can I borrow a van without having rented a storage unit?
Yes, of course! Our vans are available to all interested parties. Renting a storage space does not play a role here.
What are the requirements for hiring a van?
- Valid identity card/passport
- Class B driver’s license
- If you would like to register several drivers, we also need one in this case:
- Power of attorney
- Driver’s license
- Valid identity card/passport
- Bring means of payment such as credit card, debit card, Visa, Amex or cash
What additional costs can I expect to incur?
- 100 KM are included in the rental price, each additional kilometer is charged at 0.20 cents.
- Fully comprehensive insurance with an excess of € 1,500 is charged at a flat rate of € 20.00 per rental.
How is the condition of the vehicle recorded before rental?
We check the condition of the vehicle together during the rental process. Known minor damage is documented and communicated together in advance.
Can the rental period be extended retrospectively?
In principle, the rental period can be extended at a later date. However, please contact us in advance to check the availability of the vehicle.
Can the vehicle also be returned to another location?
No – At present, the vehicle can only be returned to our location in Mackenbach.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes – you can cancel your reservation in advance free of charge. However, please let us know 24 hours before the planned rental.

Useful information
Can I return the rented van outside office hours?
Yes – you can also return the rented van outside office opening hours. You place the vehicle key in a key return safe. This will be shown to you during the rental process.
How do I know that my online reservation was successful?
After completing the online booking process, we will send you a booking overview of your reservation by e-mail. We will then check the details and availability. If all the details are correct, we will send you a successful reservation email.
What should I do in the event of a breakdown?
You call us and define your problem. We will immediately assign our breakdown service to resolve your situation. In the event of accidents or situations involving third parties, the police must be called immediately to document the damage caused.
I have forgotten my valuables in the van. What now?
We will temporarily store your items at our location. You will be contacted by us.
Do I have to refuel the vehicle?
Yes – The vehicle must be handed over with a full tank of fuel. If this is forgotten, an expense fee of €20.00 will be charged.
