Nobody! Unless it is necessary for legal reasons, then the existing locks are replaced by so-called overlocks. However, this situation is extremely rare and only occurs if, for example, a customer has not made several quarterly payments.

Yes, we are happy to accept parcels for our customers, but not in large quantities and only by prior arrangement.

Yes, the storage compartments are kept at a constant temperature by a modern air heating system. This prevents damage caused by condensation and ensures dry storage.

You can easily store your belongings with a weight of 500 kg /m².

No items may be stored that are highly flammable or highly flammable. It is also prohibited to store goods that may cause an odor nuisance or harmful emissions. (Non-exhaustive) list of prohibited goods:

  • Damp or wet goods or objects,
  • any objects that emit smoke, odor or fragrance,
  • Food and other perishable goods (susceptible to spoilage) unless securely packaged in such a way as to protect them and prevent them from attracting vermin or living creatures of any kind or otherwise causing a nuisance,
  • flammable or combustible materials or liquids including diesel, gasoline, waste oil,
  • Paints, varnishes and solvents,
  • Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition,
  • Fireworks,
  • Used tires (only after prior separate agreement),
  • Animals (alive or dead),
  • Garbage and other waste material,
  • any illegal substances such as drugs, illegal items or illegally acquired goods such as smuggled or stolen goods, etc,
  • Chemicals, radioactive material, biological agents,
  • Asbestos and/or processed asbestos,
  • Gas cylinders or any other pressurized gases and/or batteries,
  • Bulk or loose goods,
  • Substances that could cause damage to the container or the location or lead to impairment of the container, the location or the neighborhood,
  • any toxic, flammable or hazardous substances or preparations classified as such in any type of legal or local ordinance.

Security

What about safety?

Yes, stored items must be insured in every tenancy. The minimum cover is €5,000 for €5 per month. Optionally, the sum insured can be increased in EUR 1000 increments for €1.00 each. However, your household contents insurance may already include storage outside your home. Please clarify this with your insurance company.

Yes, an all-encompassing camera monitoring system ensures safe storage.
The building is freely accessible during opening hours. Outside opening hours, access to your storage unit is guaranteed by a PIN code door system.
It is generally advisable to make a precise list of the items in storage. It is also advisable to take photos of the stored items.

Contract

What do I need to consider when concluding a contract?

The deposit will be refunded to the tenant no later than 30 days after the end of the tenancy and the rental property to a domestic bank account to be specified by the tenant, without interest, if there is no damage to the storage property.
The minimum rental period is 1 month. With us you have a 4-week notice period and daily billing, so you never pay more than necessary. The deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Please bring a valid identity card or a document to identify yourself. Furthermore, one month’s rent and a deposit of one month’s rent are due on first occupancy.

Online

  1. You can request a rental contract on the website at any time.
  2. You will receive the rental agreement by email shortly.
  3. You sign and return the documents.
  4. You will receive your personal code for the entrance gate to the hall.

If you return the signed documents by email, they can be used on the same day.

On site in the office

  1. You are welcome to ask for advice on the right storage box during office opening hours.
  2. A rental agreement is drawn up on the spot.
  3. After payment you will receive your personal access code for the warehouse.
